Lead Booking Automation

Houston wrap shop books 90 jobs in 14 days. Owner never touches his phone.

The success story of a car wrapping shop in Houston, Texas that cloned its owner and automated every lead, every quote, and every booking.

We clone you and extract all of your business information.
So you never reply to an ad inquiry again 😎

Overwhelmed shop owner buried in a tornado of customer messages
The Problem

Thousands in ads. Nobody free to answer.

Shop owners everywhere are pouring serious money into Meta ads, and the ads work. The DMs flood in. But paying for leads is only half the job, and without a dedicated system behind that spend, the same four bottlenecks show up at every shop:

Leads wait too long for a reply. A lead that waits goes cold and messages the next shop.

Ten conversations land at once, and one pair of thumbs can't hold them all.

You're either on the cars or in your DMs. Texting leads back means being stuck in the office all day.

Nobody follows up. A lead goes quiet, the thread gets buried, and the job silently dies.

Filthy Wraps was living exactly this. Preston was running $500 a day in Meta ads, and it was working almost too well: the DMs were stacking up faster than one person could type, every unanswered hour was paid money going cold, and he had zero interest in sitting at a desk all day while cars waited in the bay. So we built the system.

The Fix

So we cloned him.

Nobody knows your shop like you do. So we don't hire a stranger to answer your messages. We clone the guy who knows the business best, and put him on every inbox, all day, all night.

Capabilities of your digital clone

Answers every new lead, instantly

Talks in your voice and responds the way you would

Asks the right questions: year, make, model, what they want done

Sizes up the job and filters the tire kickers from the real buyers

Sends payment links and collects deposits on big jobs

Books the job right in the chat, straight onto your calendar

Follows up with every lead that goes quiet, until it answers

These are real conversations.

Not a mockup. This is one real customer, from her first message off the ad to a paid deposit, word for word. Scroll the thread, tap the videos.

hey i was wondering if y'all can give me a price on my camero i been wanting to get get it wrapped all black
Hey, for sure we can wrap your Camaro all black with our high quality film, it gives a smooth paint like finish and comes with a free ceramic coating plus a 5 year warranty. Since the Camaro is a muscle car, if it has a widebody the price is $3500, otherwise it would be $3000. Turnaround is about 4 to 5 days. Does your Camaro have a widebody?
i'm not sure this is what it looks like
i was also wondering if i could keep the red lines
Appreciate you sending that over. That looks like a standard Camaro without a widebody, so the full wrap would be $3000 with the free ceramic coating and 5 year warranty. We can definitely leave the red lines as is and just wrap around them so they stay. Want to get on the schedule for this?❤️
Okay sounds good let me think about it for sure and I will send a message by monday thank you 🙏
OK sounds good, hopefully talk to you then!

What the system did here

Caught the ad response and replied with the right price logic: widebody or not, $3,500 or $3,000

Recognized her car from a video and corrected the quote to $3,000 on its own

Handled the custom request: keep the red stripes, wrap around them

Sent the booking link and collected the $100 deposit

Confirmed the date and placed the material order. Owner never entered the chat
